The Dallas-based marketing firm expanded their headquarters in 2018 in their office in One Glen Lakes tower. The 25,000 SF space included executive offices, conference center, and support staff offices on multiple floors phased into construction. Stillwater worked with the tenant to hire the design and construction team and work around active offices to deliver the space on schedule and with minimal disruption to active employees. Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease and Corgan lead the design team. Northgate Construction delivered the space. www.camelotsmm.com
