The Dallas based real estate attorney practice relocated their headquarters from Thanksgiving Tower to Bank of America Plaza in 2019. The 43,000 SF practice is located on the 51st and 52nd floors of the iconic skyscraper in downtown Dallas. Stillwater was brought in as Project Manager to work alongside Stream Realty to deliver the space. Callison RTKL designed the space and K2 Construction was selected to build the project.
